Payment of 2019 fees has been temporarily suspended
Payment of previously announced 2019 fees for the United Carrier Registration has been temporarily suspended. The fee must be paid by interstate motor carriers and freight brokers by January 1st each year. The UCR Board earlier released a reduction of the fees for the next 2 years. Now the group says they are waiting on FMCSA to finish its review of the proposed adjustments. Once finalized by the agency, notices will be sent out and payment will have to be made within 3 months. No fees can be paid at this time.
