FMCA has released their Clearinghouse website. By early next year, every

driver must have their own individual account in Clearinghouse. What is

Clearinghouse you ask? It is a website that will keep track of drug and alcohol

test records for truck drivers, along with information about those who refuse

to take drug and alcohol tests. Drivers have to give consent to allow current

and future employers access to their personal records. If a driver does not

give consent he will be suspended from his current job and will not be

allowed to be hired by another trucking company. It will become an annual

job for employers to update and test all of their current drivers.
